8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Vector Tech LLC will deliver all completed work assets upon receipt of final payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vector Tech LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
